Tiny Black Ash Basket

I selected the small basket because I like the colors in it.

The basket is 3 inches by 1 half inches (also 8cm. by 4 cm.). The basket is about13 years old and from the Potawatomi tribe. It was used to hold small objects. It was also woven from black ash wood.

The basket was found in the home of Pauline McNeely in the year 2000. Eva Powers, Pauline's mother, could have made it.
